Our priority is to offer space-age medical facilities with the highest quality of care in a cordial environment.The ChallengeThe main challenge in implementing ERP in Jomansea or businesses in Saudi is the system should be capable to support the Arabic language. but the situation becomes trickier as Jomansea is based in multiple countries and every country has its own standard. Plus in Jomansea data entry is done in both English and Arabic.Another challenge is to automate appointment scheduling. and managing the session for each customer.Another imp thing is configuring the deferred revenue model in their accounting.The SolutionWe, Fidobe Solutions, customized the Odoo ERP as per their requirement. Since Odoo supports multi-lingual 35+ languages by default. then we customized the appointment module providing schedules for each doctor and service and the displaying a calendar report for the appointment. We also customized the whole accounting flow where on invoicing the income goes into customer deposit and then moving t0 realized revenue on each service/session delivery.The OutcomeThe solution is live in 2 location as of the moment and will be scaling into other location where Jomansea is operational. In future there is plan for a mobile app for Jomansea for booking and managing appointment.
